Q: What is this?

A: A wolf/wolfdog roleplaying group based on and in the game WolfQuest.

 

Q: "The Beaver Theory?" Why is it called that?

A: Though the main point of the group is character development through extensive roleplaying, the main "plot" and one of the main motivators of the group is to discover if there is a connection between the new beaver population that's began to dominate the town of Lost River and the disappearance of the humans from the entire tristate area.

 

Q: What is THE Beaver Theory? Is there a set in stone theory that the group's lore revolves around?

A: Each character is allowed their own opinion of the situation and is free to theorize by themselves, but the main, general theory that most subscribe to is that unusually smart or powerful beavers forced the humans to leave least they "face the consequences." None of the wolves/wolfdogs know for sure what happened because they were cooped up in the sanctuary during the mad rush to leave.

 

Q: So now what are the canines going to do?

A: Their main goal is to survive the harsh environment, embracing their wolfier instincts, while some of them try to discover just where all of the humans went to.
