"It's all up to mother earth and father time."

Time in roleplay (now to be referred to as Roleplay Time, or RPT) is different then that of Real Time (RT). 2 hours in RT is equivelant to 1 day (24 hours) in RPT, which means that 14 hours RT is 1 week RPT, 2.5 days RT is 1 month RPT, and 1 month RT is 1 year RPT.

RPT runs faster then RT so that characters develop quicker and don't have to wait an extremely long time to grow up.

Some events are considered RT events, which means that no longer how much time they eat up during roleplay, they are considered to take place in real time. These events include:

- Hunting

- Birthing

- Fighting

The speed at which time flies is subject to change in the future with the addage of more members and different plot developments.

Take a look at the Time page for a current estimation on how much time has currently passed in RP, what season it is, and so on.

Something else worth noting is that official RP servers utilize the time of day feature in WQ, which means that the time in the environment will also visibly change. It is currently a fairly unrealistic setup, but it will be adjusted later when the "bugs" are out of it. Each official server session is 2 hours (120 minutes) long.

- 0 to 30 minutes into RP = Dawn

- 30 to 60 minutes into RP = Day

- 60 to 90 minutes into RP = Dusk

- 90 to 120 minutes into RP = Night
